I started many years ago with the smaller size (Portable Table) for my Husqvarna Lily 555, with the extra clear lightbox and solid inserts. I later added inserts for other machines for classes. That table is now still in use by my niece. At the same time I bought a SewEzi Extension Table. In 2011 I bought a SewEzi Grande table for my Husqvarna Viking Sapphire 875 Quilt. I also bought the Cutting Table; I love the workspace. I have just bought another Grande for my new to me Husqvarna Epic 980Q. I originally bought my first SewEzi for going to classes and I had no fixed workspace, I just set up when I could and they lived behind the sofa when not in use. I love a flat working surface and now that my kids are grown and I am a widow I have a workroom in one of the bedrooms; every so often I have to use it as a bedroom and I pack everything away. The tables are solid and sturdy and remain up most of the time; they wipe clean easily. I love the SewEzi tables!

I'm writing to say how pleased I am with the Extension Table; it's proved to be even better than I anticipated it would be! I'm quite limited for space in my workroom. My husband had the brilliant idea of raising my Grande Table slightly so that the Extension Table, sat in front of it, could slide under for six inches. I know it means that they are not flush but that isn't important to me; it means that I can keep the table up all the time and just slide it out if I need extra support space when quilting. It also means I have extra space when folding fabrics, etc, without having to put the table up, and then down again! Perfect!

On the Daylight Lights: The lights are a game-changer. I set one up the same day and am sorry I didn't have one all through Covid/the winter/all my life. I often sew in the evening in the winter in the north-facing corner in a cave without the lights on a cloudy, moonless night (add desired light-subtraction-motif here), and that lamp is incredible. I can see why you and your mom like them. My husband was quite taken with it when he saw it, too :-)

Everything is in situ and I’ve even managed to find a permanent home for the Grande table, rather than having to fold it away everytime I need to use it, which I’m really happy about. Fantastic to have the folding option though! It will give me a better chance of deciding whether or not to order another insert to accommodate my Bernina 790+ and ultimately sell my Horn Quilters Delight table. I have put everything together and whilst on my sabbatical I am thoroughly appreciating my Portable table and my Bernina 1230. My big Bernina 770 and Janome M7 Continental both fit perfectly in my SewEzi Grande. The cut outs (inserts) are all perfect for each machine I'm lucky enough to own. I have had my SewEzi Portable table since 2010, and I have been through a couple of sewing machines since I bought it. It has been very useful and I take it to sewing days and workshops! Now I will be using it with my new B475 and maybe with my B750 (which I also have the insert for).

I love my SewEzi Grande sewing table and having a flat bed has made such a difference to sewing accurate seams and free motion quilting - no more weight of fabric pulling my project. It is very stable even when the machine is going full pelt. I don’t have room to keep the Grande set up permanently and so I know my weekend is over when I have to pack it away but it takes less than 5 minutes to set it up or pack it away. It comes with a protective cover which also stores the table insert. I have two machines I use it with and have two inserts and a quick change set which makes switching between the two seamless. The service from Quilters Quest has been fabulous. I originally ordered the portable but my machine is too heavy and QQ contacted me to discuss options within 24 hrs. Ordering the additional insert and accessories was a breeze. Fantastic product, fast responses, tracked delivery and a lovely company to deal with.

The Grande has arrived! It was really simple to assemble, thanks to the clear instructions and the youtube demo. So cleverly thought out and constructed for a stitcher's needs. It fits my new 9450 Janome a treat, and the larger table area is what I have always wanted. I was blown away while teaching in New Zealand years ago to see for the first time regular quilters using the Portable (all there was then) at my workshops. I ordered one and have always loved it, and now, forced to size up to the Grande, I so wish I had had the need to do it before. How can it seem to take up no more space, yet have all the surface area I would want??? I am gushing but only because I am honestly so pleased, I am thrilled with it!

Perfect customer service, the delivery so convenient from DPD on a day that suited me and from years of sewing on my dining room table I now have the perfect sitting position and everything on one level. Very robust and sturdy construction which includes full height adjustment for the table and the feet allowing levelling on crooked floors (SewEzi Grande). My Pfaff Performance 5.2 fits so perfectly with the SewEzi insert and knowing it can be replaced with another if I change my machine is an added bonus.

DPD came up trumps and everything arrived on time. The tables are wonderful, and exactly what I needed to transform my sewing height from a needle plate height of 35” to a level much, much more comfortable. My sewing space is very limited - I now have much more flexibility for my set up than my previous Heath Robinson affair involving an Ikea unit, a built-in cupboard and a redundant picnic table top allowed!
